* Food & Beverage Manager
A high-rise New Zealand based International Hotel seeks
a Food & Beverage Manager to overview the restaurant/bar
and catering outlets.
The hotel is 4 star plus and, being part of a chain, can
offer scope to the position.

* Management Couple
We seek a couple to manage a 40 roomed hotel offshore
in the Pacific Islands.
There are significant catering facilities as well as
food & beverage outlets.
This is a quality hotel and will suit a couple with
complimentary skills. Accommodation forms part of the
package.
* Finance Manager-Area
If you are currently holding a senior finance role in
an established hotel and ready for that next step with
a high profile company then we would like to talk to you.
We would expect an appropriate tertiary qualification
as well as specific hotel experience.
* Sous Chefs-Season
Chefs de Partie and/or Sous Chefs are required for a
season in the South Island.
Hotel and/or quality restaurant experience is desirable.
Accommodation is provided.
* Chef de Cuisine
Auckland based.
It is important to be able to demonstrate a wide experience
with quality food presentation. An ideal candidate will
have a finer a la Carte background as well as sufficient
charisma to enhance the guest experience.
* Head Chef-Restaurant
This restaurant requires a candidate who is capable
of quality and volume and organisational skills. Auckland
based and high profile.
