taking on an important but smaller contribution.
The restaurants
offer indoor/outdoor dining areas and have high turnover
during the season. The setting has significant marine
interaction as well as entertainment and live music.
The successful
candidate will have a bias towards a busy food & beverage
operation with particular emphasis upon volume and
entertainment. The setting is 4 star.
A competitive
salary plus superannuation is on offer together with quality
accommodation in the form of a furnished three bedroom house.
There are no school facilities.
