You will have senior food & beverage management experience.You may currently be within a hotel which offers quality service or alternatively you may be a restaurant manager within a Top 50 Auckland restaurant.

You may have recently returned to New Zealand having had quality overseas experience.

You may be planning to return to New Zealand.

We will look at the employer brands on your Profile and seek evidence of strong technical skills.
As well we will look at personality traits, level of ambition and focus on management style.
It is essential to be able to demonstrate charisma.

Conventions Manager


Our Auckland based client has requested assistance in identifying a suitable candidate for a senior convention management position.


The role requires a mix of restaurant and convention experience.


The key focus is to maintain and improve service standards as well as to manage staff and deliver a top experience to the guest. 

We will seek a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in food & beverage with a proven exposure in running functions.

We will look for confidence and communication and interpersonal skills.

We seek a senior Director of Food & Beverage for an offshore client.


The property is new and the standards are five star.


Schooling for children is difficult.


This is a position which is within the flag ship of a company on a programme of renewal both physically and also in terms of guest service.
